About
Anne Urquhart-Edwards is a London-based visual artist and seasoned educator with a rich career spanning over four decades in fine art, design, and higher education. A graduate of the Royal College of Art (M.A.R.C.A) and Ravensbourne University London (BA Hons Fine Art), Anne has exhibited her evocative work across the UK, Europe, and the United States, including solo shows in Athens, Crete, and New York.
Anne’s artistic practice explores memory, emotion, and human connection through painting, printmaking, and mixed media. Her exhibitions include solo presentations such as Yesterday is Today’s Memory, Tomorrow Today’s Dream(Mitropolis Gallery, Crete) and group exhibitions from the SWISSARTEXPO to Chelsea Fine Art Fair and Affordable Art Fair.
With a deep passion for education, Anne has taught at prestigious institutions including Central Saint Martins, the University of the Arts London, Rutgers University (USA), and the Online College of Art & Design. Her teaching spans foundation studies, fine art, illustration, and interior architecture, mentoring thousands of emerging creatives globally.
Anne continues to create, exhibit, and teach, sharing her commitment to cultivating creativity and critical thinking in the next generation of artists and designers.
