Andrea has extensive overseas and domestic travel experience, including factory visits, building vendor relationships and Europe shopping. Andrea’s creativity knows no boundaries. Karen: Karen is an accomplished omni-channel fashion and retail leader with a strong track recording Product Development, Brand Management, New Product Launches, Identifying Trend, Strategic Planning, and Cross Functional Collaboration. As Director of Product Development and MerchandisingBrand Director, Karen showcases her ability collaborating with designers, buyers, planners, quality and sourcing teams, and the creative team. She has a proven knack for curating exceptional collections that resonate with target audiences. She is a seasoned leader in building product, sourcing and cultivating vendor relationships, having traveled to nearly 20 countries for development and production purposes.Karen has mastered the art of launching new brands as well as product extensions; fueled by a deep-rooted passion for market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Karen takes pride in managing all aspects of product life-cycle and brand management, drawing upon over 20 years of experience.She understands the importance of building strong assortments that drive success in today’s competitive retail landscape.
