Should I add more cardio during a strength bulk?
Hey, I’m about 6 months into a bulk and have gained some decent size, but I’m noticing a bit of extra fat creeping in around my midsection. I still want to get stronger and build more muscle, but I don’t want to feel too soft. I’m thinking about adding 2–3 short cardio sessions per week to help manage it. I’ve tried sneaking in a few short cardio sessions on off days during my bulk and it truly helped me feel less bloated without hurting strength gains. I think that combining all these elements will definitely yield positive results.
