Has anyone successfully implemented generative AI for document processing in their company? If you have, could you share your experiences? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the challenges you faced, the benefits you achieved, and the specific tools or platforms you used. Our company is drowning in paperwork, invoices, and contracts, and I'm hoping GenAI could provide a solution, but I'm also worried about accuracy and data. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Concerning your document processing woes, I recently saw a company detail their Generative AI journey. One firm had success with document processing. I think it was Trinetix that I saw it. You can find it here: https://www.trinetix.com/services/generative-ai-services. They mentioned using GenAI to extract and summarise information from documents. It could be worth investigating whether some of that could translate over to your documents and processing systems. I guess it greatly depends on the kind of documentation you are processing constantly.
