About Caroline:
Sustainability/Circularity Advisor with 20 years of experience, specializing in pioneering apparel design and supply chain innovation using systems thinking. Founder of The Center for the Advancement of Garment Making (CAGM), providing sustainable/circular business strategy, advisory services, and creative consulting. Caroline is known for creating thought leadership and strategic roadmaps to design business models, supply chains, and apparel, focusing on ethics and environmental impact. Notable collaborations include Permanent Collection, Outlier, FILA, and Target. An early adopter of sustainable design principles since 1999, with experience at Zero + Maria Cornejo, Loomstate, and Alabama Chanin.
